MEET OUR TEAM
Chris has over 30 years’ experience with the installation, manufacture, and planning of subsea fibre optic and HV cable projects in deep and shallow water including integration with satellite and microwave systems for remote locations.
Leo has over 22 years’ experience in development, test, qualification and delivery of fibre optic jointing and telecoms wet plant technologies.
Ian has over 35 years’ experience in the development and delivery of novel wet plant solutions for the high reliability submarine telecommunication and defence synthetic aperture sonar sectors, spanning both domestic and international projects. He is a specialist in deep water mechanics, high pressure sealing, optical/power glanding and cable interfacing.
Adrian has over 25 years’ experience in the mechanical design, development and test of subsea telecommunication products, including technical transfer to manufacture. He specialises in CAD, prototyping, 3D printing and hermetic sealing. Previously Adrian’s work have involved R&D activities in the following industries: materials, terrestrial telecommunications, food and defence.
Ion is a mechanical engineer with a background in mechatronics and structural fault diagnosis. He has almost a decade of significant experience in oil & gas and submarine telecoms delivering concept design and development, CAD, FEA, topology optimization, qualification and testing, documentation.
Tim is an optical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the optical design and implementation of end-to-end submarine telecommunication systems. He has particular experience in the development of optical amplifiers for submarine repeaters and optical monitoring and testing systems for the submarine communication environment.
